MyDesk never has access to the Customer's banking information.
No payment data is stored on my-desk.fr servers.

  1. Payment Validation

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

The order is considered valid only after payment confirmation by the relevant banking institution.

In case of refusal by the bank, the order will be automatically canceled, and the Customer will be informed by email.

  1. Invoicing

An electronic invoice is automatically generated after each order and sent to the Customer by email.

It summarizes the details of the products purchased, the total amount paid, and MyDesk's contact information.

  1. Fraud and Verification

MyDesk reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or misuse of a payment method.

Verifications may be carried out to ensure transaction security (address, identity, etc.).

Unless otherwise stated at the time of payment, installment payments are not offered on the my-desk.fr website.

All payments are made in euros (€).

Prices include French VAT where applicable.

If the Customer makes a purchase from another European Union country, VAT may be adjusted according to the destination country.

At MyDesk, we offer a height-adjustable desk model, allowing users to switch from a sitting to a standing position according to their preferences.

We have chosen to offer a simple selection with a single product, to facilitate selection and ordering.

The store is accessible online and allows ordering from France.

Orders are shipped with delivery tracking. Customer service is available to answer questions regarding products or orders.
